Are socks required? In our open play area, ALL guests (including parents and caregivers) are required to remove their shoes and to have socks on their feet. If you happen to forget your socks, we have some available for purchase.

Do I need to leave a deposit when I book a Party? Yes, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date (phone reservations are held for a week). Payment can be made by credit/debit, cash or money order and it goes towards the cost of the party. NO personal checks accepted.

What is your cancellation policy? In the unfortunate event that you wish to cancel your booked party, any balance placed can be applied to another date up to 3 months of your original scheduled date. Preferably we would like 7 days notice.

Is there a limit of party guests I can invite? Each party package price includes 20 child guests plus the party child $7.00 per addition child over 20.

Is there a charge for parents or caregivers? Of course not! Parents are always FREE

Is there an age limit for kids? For Open Jump and Party Package parties we limit the age at 12 years old.

What time should we arrive for the party? The party family should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party to check in and make sure all the waivers are signed and complete.

Can adults use the equipment? ADULT USE IS LIMITED! Assistance may be given to smaller children on larger jump pieces.

Who needs to complete a waiver? All guests are required to sign a waiver as per our insurance company policy. Members of the same family may be included on the same waiver.

Will your party be supervised? In our open play area there will be attendants that are there to monitor our guests. But chidren should always be with a parent or guardian that is caring for them.

What should guests wear to the party? Comfortable clothes such as jogging or workout type clothes work best. No eyeglasses, jewelry, or any sharp objects. No belts are allowed and socks must be worn.

Can a guest play while wearing a cast? Unfortunately they are not able to play on the inflatables, but they are welcome to participate in the birthday celebrations!

Can I increase my party time in open play area or party room? Our goal is to make you happy, so contact us before the party to check for availability.

Are guests able to eat and play? ALL food and drinks are forbidden in the play area. This ensures that the equipment stays clean. Also, too much food while jumping might upset a kids stomach, so it is better to get the jumping first.

Can I bring outside food or beverages to the party? We do allow for you to bring your own cake and outside food, but drinks must be purchased on site.

Can I bring my own goodie bags and decorations? Yes! if you would like to bring your own, you are welcome to. You may also bring your own balloons. We do not permit wall/ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, piñatas, or confetti.

How many other parties will be sharing the facility when my party is there? Public Party Package share the facility with the Open Jump customers.  Private Party pacackages do not share the the open jump area with others.

Are the Inflatables sanitized? At K&F Bouncing Barn our equipment is sanitized daily. Hand sanitizers are used throughout our facility.
